Project Requirements

  • The Speedwall Building System is completely scaleable depending on your construction needs.
  • One set of equipment can produce enough panels to construct 4 small houses per day (40 sqm).
  • There is no need for any heavy equipment on site.
  • The Speedwall Building System uses basic tools including a Pneumatic Fastening Tool, Skill Saw and Render Spraying Equipment.
  • All construction projects require a lead-in time to allow for the manufacture and transportation of sets of equipment. From signing of a contract to commencement of production we would require approximately 4 months to manufacture and transport the first set(s) of equipment; subsequent sets can be delivered in further 4 week intervals.
  • Typically during this lead-in time all the necessary surveys are carried out, working drawings complete, all the necessary agreements/approvals are obtained, the statutory bodies are liaised and supporting infrastructure rolled-out.
